We are happy to share OUR FAIReTAIL online with the world! Our warehouse is not based in our physical store but somewhere else, we do our best to send you packages as soon as possible. We have a fixed delivery price so that everyone pays the same amount.

We have two shops in the Netherlands where we also sell other sustainable brands. We also have a limited collection so we don’t have all the same items online and offline. You are welcome to visit us to see more items that we don’t have online, see the button in the header (Visit our Stores)

Return in physical stores: You are welcome to come to our physical shop to return a Dora D item. We only ask you to wait for your refund, we don’t give cash back. You can also ask for a voucher from the shop. Vouchers are valid for one year and can only be used in the physical shops. You can also spend this voucher on other brands in the shop.

Please be aware that every piece of clothing is put a lot of love and energie. We all benefit from the idea to shop with a certain awareness. That’s why we also don’t promote to order to much. Every item is unique and handmade. Take your time to see all the art works, but not to long because some items are one of a kind!

Hopefully everything is good but if you need to return the items please respect our terms. You need to return your parcel within two weeks of receiving it at your address. We ask this because we have a lot of other happy customers. Shipping cost of the returns are at the customers expense. We aks you to fill in a refund form so that we can learn and improve!

We do our best to pay you the full amount of the item(s) back within two weeks after receiving the package in the same condition and box. With the return form send to our physical shop adres. Please fill in the form so that we can learn from our mistakes. Please be aware we don’t accept packages that are returned late, used, damaged, or purchased with a sale discount.

We are based in the Netherlands, you send it back to the shop.

Unfortunately it happens sometimes that an item is not correct or is not what you where looking for. If you return the items in person in one of our stores you can also get a voucher. This voucher is valid for one year. You can use it in bought our physical shops, not online. Gift card: You can always asked us to make a personal Gift Cards, Please send us a email with the request.

We advise our customers to check all items. Every item is handmade, it can happen that something is not correct or wrong, please send us a Mail to service@dora-d.nl. We believe that there is always a solution, we are here to help or answer your questions.
